We take 1 to 3 days to process your order and 10 to 20 days to deliver it. We are aware that these delays are long, that's why our delivery is completely free.

I received a product with a manufacturing defect. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the product with a defect to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you similar replacement as soon as possible.
I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you would still like to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, as long as the claims is made within 30 days of receiving your product.
